Before co-founding Cardlytics, Scott was Senior Vice President and General Manager, Payments at Capital One Financial Corporation. Earlier, Scott was a Senior Vice President at FreeMarkets Inc., and a Principal at McKinsey & Company. He began his career at Schlumberger Limited as an electrical engineer. Scott holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Union College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
Lynne LaubeChief Operating Officer, Co-Founder and DirectorLynne Laube is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Cardlytics. Prior to co-founding Cardlytics, Lynne held various leadership positions at Capital One, including Vice President and COO of Capital One Payments. Lynne started her career at Bank One Corporation, where she specialized in operations analysis. Lynne holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Business and is a graduate of Darden’s Executive Leadership program from the University of Virginia.
David L. AdamsDavid L. Adams has served as a member of the Cardlytics board of directors since September 2011. Before he retired in March 2016, David served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aimia Inc. Previously, David held a variety of executive finance positions at Photowatt Technologies Inc., SR Telecom Inc., and CAE Inc. and also held a number of positions with the Bank of Nova Scotia and Ernst & Young. David serves as a director of Points International (TSX, NASDAQ), Club Premier (Aeromexico’s frequent flyer program), Plan International Canada and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Stratford Festival. David is a chartered accountant in Canada and holds a B.Comm. in Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto.
John V. BalenJohn V. Balen has served as a member of the Cardlytics board of directors since August 2008 and as chairman of the Cardlytics board of directors since April 2017. Since 1995, John has been a General Partner at Canaan Partners, a venture capital firm, where he focuses on the digital media, enterprise and financial technology sectors. Before joining Canaan Partners, John held a variety of operational and financial roles, including Managing Director of Horsley Bridge Partners. Earlier in his career, John was an engineer at both Codenoll Technology and Digital Equipment Corp. John serves as a director for several privately-held companies. John holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.
Mark JohnsonMark A. Johnson has served as a member of the Cardlytics board of directors since October 2010. Mark has worked as a General Partner at TTV Capital since 2008. Prior to joining TTV Capital, Mark formed e-RM Ventures, a private investing consultancy focused on early stage payments-related companies, and held various positions at CheckFree Corporation, including director, Vice President of Operations and Vice Chairman. Mark also worked for the Federal Reserve Bank and Bank One Corporation. Mark serves as a director and on the audit committee of FleetCor Technologies, Inc., and as a director for a number of privately-held companies. He is the former chairman of Venture Atlanta. Mark holds a B.S. in Business from Miami University and an M.B.A. from Ohio State University.
John “Jack” KlinckJohn (“Jack”) Klinck has served as a member of the Cardlytics board of directors since 2016. John is currently an active angel and seed stage investor in FinTech oriented firms. From 2006 to April 2015, John was Executive Vice President and Head of Global Strategy and New Ventures at State Street Corporation, where he served on that firm’s management committee and ran several business lines including Alternative Investment Solutions, Credit Services, Global Exchange and Corporate Strategy. Before joining State Street, John was Vice Chairman and President of the Investment Manager Solutions Group at Mellon Financial Corporation and held various management positions at American Express. John holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Aimée LapicAimée Lapic has served as a member of the Cardlytics board of directors since April 2019. Aimée is currently the Chief Digital Officer of GoPro. Prior to GoPro, Aimée served as Chief Marketing Officer of Pandora. She was also Vice President/Global Chief Marketing Officer for Banana Republic, as well as the General Manager of BananaRepublic.com. Aimée has also held numerous positions across Gap, Inc., including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Gap Outlet International. Aimée currently serves as a Marketing Advisory Board member of Ridge Ventures. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Tony WeismanTony Weisman has served as a member of the Cardlytics board of directors since October 2014. Tony is currently the Founder and CEO of SnapPoint LLC. Prior to this role, Tony was Chief Marketing Officer for Dunkin’ U.S. Before joining Dunkin’ Donuts, Tony served as a senior executive for prominent ad agencies including Digitas, where he worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Digitas North America, and DraftFCB/Chicago where he was the Chief Marketing Officer. Tony has also held various management positions at Leo Burnett. Tony holds a B.A. in Political Science from Brown University.
Bryce YoungrenBryce Youngren has served as a member of the Cardlytics board of directors since August 2008. Bryce joined Polaris Partners, a venture capital firm, in 2002 and currently is a Managing Partner of the firm and leads the firm's growth investing team. Prior to joining Polaris, Bryce worked for Great Hill Partners and Willis Stein and Partners, two private equity firms, and for Bear Stearns & Co.’s technology investment banking group. Bryce serves as a director for a number of privately-held companies. Bryce holds a B.A in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
