  • Karim Temsamani

    Chief Executive Officer
    Karim Temsamani is Cardlytics Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Cardlytics, Karim served in several leadership roles at Stripe including head of global partnerships, and head of financial products where he led the strategic vision and execution across product and engineering. Preceding Stripe, he spent nearly 12 years at Google, where he oversaw all of Google’s sales and operations across the Asia Pacific region, determining the strategy for Google products including AdWords, AdMob, Google Maps, Google Apps for Business, DoubleClick Ad Exchange, YouTube, and AdSense. While at Google, he also established its mobile advertising business as the global head of mobile, overseeing the growth of the business worldwide. Karim started his career in the media and publishing industries and graduated in International Affairs at the European Business School Paris. With a family background from Morocco, he was born and raised in France.
    • David L. Adams

      David L. Adams has served as a member of the Cardlytics board of directors since September 2011. Before he retired in March 2016, David served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aimia Inc. Previously, David held a variety of executive finance positions at Photowatt Technologies Inc., SR Telecom Inc., and CAE Inc. and also held a number of positions with the Bank of Nova Scotia and Ernst & Young. David serves as a director of Points International (TSX, NASDAQ), Club Premier (Aeromexico’s frequent flyer program), Plan International Canada and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Stratford Festival. David is a chartered accountant in Canada and holds a B.Comm. in Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto.
    • John V. Balen

      John V. Balen is the Chairman of the Cardlytics Board and has served as a member of the Cardlytics board of directors since August 2008, as chairman of the Cardlytics board of directors from April 2017 – May 2020 and is currently the Lead Independent Director. Since 1995, John has been a Partner at Canaan Partners, a venture capital firm, where he focuses on the digital media, enterprise and financial technology sectors. Before joining Canaan Partners, John held a variety of operational and financial roles, including Managing Director of Horsley Bridge Partners. Earlier in his career, John was an engineer at both Codenoll Technology and Digital Equipment Corp. John serves as a director for several privately-held companies. John holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.

    • Scott A. Hill

      Scott brings over 30 years of finance and accounting experience to Cardlytics’ Board of Directors. Notably, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE) from 2007 to 2021. At ICE, Hill led finance and accounting, treasury, tax, audit and controls, human resources and investor relations. In his career, Hill has also led acquisitions totaling over $30 billion, including ICE’s $11 billion acquisition of NYSE Euronext. He is currently serving on the board and as interim Chief Executive Officer at CS Disco (NYSE: LAW). He is also on the board of VVC Exploration (TSXV: VVC.V). Hill earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1990. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from New York University, where he was distinguished as a Stern Scholar in 1999.
    • Jessica Jensen

      Jessica Jensen has served as a member of the Cardlytics board of directors since August 2020. Jessica is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for Indeed.com. Prior to this role, Jessica was at Open Table, where she was Chief Marketing Officer, and Facebook, where she led global positioning, marketing strategy and communications for Facebook’s family of business offerings as their Head of Products, Platforms & Insights. Before Facebook, Jessica was the Global Head of Product Marketing for iAd, a division of Apple. Preceding her time at Apple, Jessica was Vice President of Lifestyles within the US Media Group of Yahoo! Jessica holds an M.B.A from INSEAD, a Master of International Relations from the University of California, San Diego and a B.A. from Amherst College.
    • John “Jack” Klinck

      John (“Jack”) Klinck has served as a member of the Cardlytics board of directors since 2016. John is currently an active angel and seed stage investor in FinTech oriented firms. From 2006 to April 2015, John was Executive Vice President and Head of Global Strategy and New Ventures at State Street Corporation, where he served on that firm’s management committee and ran several business lines including Alternative Investment Solutions, Credit Services, Global Exchange and Corporate Strategy. Before joining State Street, John was Vice Chairman and President of the Investment Manager Solutions Group at Mellon Financial Corporation and held various management positions at American Express. John holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
    • Aimée Lapic

      Aimée Lapic has served as a member of the Cardlytics board of directors since April 2019. Aimée is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Hanna Andersson. Prior to this role, she served as Chief Digital Officer for GoPro. She has also served as Chief Marketing Officer for Pandora, Vice President/Global Chief Marketing Officer for Banana Republic, as well as the General Manager of BananaRepublic.com. Aimée has also held numerous positions across Gap, Inc., including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Gap Outlet International. Aimée currently serves as a Marketing Advisory Board member of Ridge Ventures. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
    • Tony Weisman

      Tony Weisman has served as a member of the Cardlytics board of directors since October 2014. Tony is currently the Founder and CEO of SnapPoint LLC. Prior to this role, Tony was Chief Marketing Officer for Dunkin’ U.S. Before joining Dunkin’ Donuts, Tony served as a senior executive for prominent ad agencies including Digitas, where he worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Digitas North America, and DraftFCB/Chicago where he was the Chief Marketing Officer. Tony has also held various management positions at Leo Burnett. Tony holds a B.A. in Political Science from Brown University.
    • Alex Mishurov

      Alex is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of KPS Global Asset Management. Before KPS Global Asset Management, Alex held positions at Tremblant Capital Group, The Blackstone Group and Salomon Smith Barney, all in New York City. Born in Minsk, Belarus, he obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1998 and obtained his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2004. He currently resides in London, England.
